The fees are expensive, especially when trying to pay for a months rent and a deposit, however, with the amount of help given and contact we had with Joseph and Shanice, the fees seemed worth it. From viewing the property to moving in, it was less than 4 weeks. Worth it.

Agent fees is reasonable and is probably less expensive compared to other high street agents. The biggest drawback I see is AS trying to squeeze money in every tiny little way possible- like a 50p surcharge on card transactions which is always easier paying by card for larger transactions instead of the risk of carrying cash around.
