Overall the fees I pay and the service I have received over the years has not been to my expectations. As an international Landlady I pay a premium and as such I expect that same level of service back. I also expect to have to only contact 1 person. I have had to chase a number of matters myself and request managers details of various departments to get matters resolved. My comments above are in no way, shape or form directed to Ebru. Ebru has been a standout for me at AM. A number of department heads should be drawing from Ebru's attitude and ensuring this is the ethos that their teams run with.
