Had a similar situation. Lived in a one bedroom flat in hove, had to wait over a month after tenancy end to see my deductions (not actually receive any money). Over £200 taken off deposit for cleaning alone. Took videos before i left - of course it wasn't in any state to need to spend that money on cleaning. They also are absolutely hopeless on email. Usually wait almost a week for any response. ...
