Worth every penny, and very reasonable. If comparing to the likes of PurpleBricks and Telpio, you need to remember with a good high street agent you get a more personalised service delivered face to face/phone/email who have a superior knowledge of the local market as opposed to what is essentially a basic listing and progression service offered by many of the online agents (and not to forget some of them will crank the listing price up if you don’t use their overpriced solicitors). And you don’t pay a penny until the sale is complete hence it is in their best interest to get you the best price possible. Whilst a solicitor was recommended we were not pressured left right and centre to use an in house mortgage broker/ recommended solicitor, they were very respectful of our desire to do our own research and make our own mind up.

I felt that the vendor fees I paid were value for money. My property was on sight in the window of the Skipton office, the for sale board went up quickly, I was advised of viewings and given feedback. Whilst I am aware of cheaper fees available, in consideration of the service I received, I would be happy to pay them again next time.
