We were looking for an agent that didn't overcharge the tenant because we thought this might put good tenants off. The tenants only pay a reasonable referencing fee and a small renewal fee. For the landlord, there is one fee at the start of a tenancy and then the monthly management charge. There are no charges for tenancy renewals, check ins and out, inventories etc. which is great. Also, they don't lift their bills from the trades so the price they quote for any work needed is the price the trades are charging. Sometimes we pay the trade directly, other times we get it covered by the rent.
