Hi Gemma, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you feel disappointed with the service that you received from us. Your offer was put forward to the landlord on the day you initially called the office and we had no further offers on it at this time. As explained, the landlord wanted you to view the property before making a decision as he has had potential tenants previously that have changed their mind throughout the process, and we’ve lost out on other interest.
