Hello and thank you for your comments. The above toilet door as you mention was broken through by yourself after unfortunately being locked inside after a lock failure. The Landlord on this occasion was very impractical in moving forward to replace the damaged door, for which we do apologize but we are at the mercy of the Landlord and his decision on his property.
