Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

Potters is a family business that prides itself on being the best. If we have fallen short of your expectations in any way, we would like to hear from you. Please don’t keep quite or feel that you will cause offence, on the contrary you will help us improve our business by speaking up.

In the unlikely event that we can not resolve your complaint once you have had our final written response you have the option to escalate your complaint to the Property Ombudsman.

This must be done within twelve months of receiving our final response.
