The one off selling fee is a fantastic idea, and makes a huge difference when selling your property. The other High St agents charging 1 - 1.5% selling fee as well as advertising fees is a huge amount to take from the sale of any property, then there are the legal fees. I think Scotmove is a fantastic idea, and the fact they advertise on all the top websited like Rightmove etc is brilliant. To be honest if I were looking for a property I would be looking online not walking into an estate agents on the High ST. All those fees fees they are charging us for are paying for are their posh premises. NO thankyou. I would much rather deal with ScotHouse Move anyday. What a brilliant idea. Good Luck for the future, I will definately be using you again and recommending you highly.

Given that most people these days look at everything thing online we did not see there being any disadvantage in the agent not having a physical office. During the purchase of our new property we looked at several houses through a number of other agents and not once did we attend an office or be given any glossy brochures or even follow up telephone calls on the viewings. I therefore think the price charged by Scot House Move is excellent and very fair. You get what you pay for which is exactly what you need. You are not being talked into extras that are, for the most part, not required. You get exactly the same, if not a better, service than any other agent offers and you save a lot of money!
