Upfront fees are unbeatable, although of course there is extra risk in paying upfront (e.g non refundable if you decide to cancel). The option to pay at the end is still good value though, especially for more expensive properties. One thing we liked was that the fees were simple and transparent. The only additional charge we had to pay was for the For Sale board!
