We’ve believed for a long time that the sales process could be improved and streamlined, and that’s exactly what we have done. We offer you exactly the same service as a regular estate agent, but because we operate as an online agent, we don’t have the same overhead costs as a high street estate agent, therefore we can pass on the savings to our customers.

Our service enables you to choose how much control you wish to have in the sales process, along with the amount of money you wish to spend on marketing your home to prospective buyers. We truly believe that our service is the way forward for the property market in the UK.

All I will say is that if I ever sell my house I will be contacting Tom HARDCASTLE. Maximum effort from Tom. Emails answered 10 minutes after I sent them. I could go on but just go with SMH and you won't regret it....
