I felt the fees fair. They were explained by Chris when he came to value the property. I chose Hawkins on the basis I was happy with the valuation and fees were reasonable and comparable to other agents in the area. A DIY/internet sale was not feasible, given I live over 100 miles from the property, so it required a local agent to oversee the sale for me.
