You got a call back? Our oven broke and have been calling non-stop for past two months, they always promise to call back and have never once returned a call. I hope people reading these don't think we're all exaggerating, I have never had a single phone call returned. Avoid these jokers at all costs. ...

I must just respond to this and say that I have called them at least every other day for months about the hole in our roof and they have not sorted it out. Please do not think that if you are just willing to badger them that they will give you the service you are paying for. ...

Spark and Sons are useless, I haven't even moved into my property yet (due to their mess up) and they have set up the standing order for my rent which has left my account and me with no funds! Brilliant ! ...
