We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service provided by Square Quarters.
I do understand your frustration on being let down on the property. The reservation deposit is the standard for letting agents in London £500 or 2 weeks rent is most common and this is not a fee it comes of your first months rent.
We do let all applicants know that we will confirm your offer with the landlord within 24hrs. This property was a very good price for the location so their was a ...
