Our staff have an excellent local knowledge and experience, our Director, Colin Shairp, has been an Estate Agent and Letting Agent in the area since 1985 and was (2007 - 2011) the Chairman of the NAEA Solent Region, he sat on the Board at the NAEA from June 2015 May 2017, he is an Associate of the GPEA. Many thanks for the excellent review. It just shows that getting the price right and knowing our applicants means that this house sold quickly and without too many problems. If you are considering selling then don't just assume that highest price quoted to you is correct, consider the market (asking an expert) and consider your targets, do you need to sell quickly, do you have time on your hands?
