Dear Irate Northamptoner I am sorry if you found my staff condecending and uncaring. It is difficult for me to comment further as I do not know who you are or the circumstances of your general complaint. Our fees are clearly set out in the Tenancy Agreement that you signed in order to commence a tenancy. I am extremely concerned to read this review and am wondering if we are, in fact, the agent you mean to refer to. My reasons for thinking this are set out below. Firstly, we are sorry to hear of your bereavement and extend our condolences. Dear Mike I am sorry to hear you were kept waiting at the property in the awful weather of the 4th February. The weather was so appalling that it wreaked havoc. Trains, buses, traffic were all delayed and Northamptonshire police recorded over 1000 calls that weekend as a direct result of the weather.
