I am sorry to hear that you feel you did not receive a good service from Ellisons as we pride ourselves with having excellent customer service to both Sellers and Buyers. Unfortunately with your sale there were issues with the Lease Extension being that the Solicitors acting for your Lease Renewal failed to serve notice to extend the Lease until we were two and a half months into the transaction which ultimately delayed matters, hence why we could only advise changing solicitors once the transac ...
