High Wycombe comprises of a number of suburbs including Booker, Bowerdean, Castlefield, Cressex, Daws Hill, Green Street, Holmers Farm, Micklefield, Sands, Terriers, Totteridge, Downley and Wycombe Marsh, as well as some nearby villages: Hazlemere and Tylers Green. The town has undergone major redevelopment, including development of the town's existing shopping centre, completion of the Eden Shopping centre, and redevelopment of the Buckinghamshire New University with a large student village. These developments prompted the building of larger blocks of flats, a multimillion-pound hotel in the centre, and a Sainsbury's store on the Oxford road next to the Eden shopping centre and bus station. Buckinghamshire is one of the few counties that still has a selective educational system based on the former tripartite system. Pupils in their last year at primary school take what is commonly known as the 11+ exam. Their score in this exam determines whether they are accepted into a grammar school or a secondary modern school. High Wycombe has easy access to the M40 and M4 motorways, train links to London in under 30 minutes and bus routes serving the town and surrounding villages.

Lisa, I listen to all of your complaints and took none of them lightly, I gave carefull consideration to them and made an educated response and none of them were justified considering you moved in to a house that the inventory clerk said was domestically clean, the Landlord felt that she had cleaned the property to a good standard of which we agreed. Tthe late rent payment was because you decided to dispute what was on the Deed of Surrender even though you had agreed and signed it. once we h ...
