Hi Melanie, I'm saddened to read this review of our work on your behalf. I can completely appreciate how frustrated you must feel by the withdrawal of your buyer at the last minute, particularly given they had also insisted on trying to re-negotiate the sale price which was agreed months earlier. Unfortunately, as agents we have no legal ability to bind buyers to their original offers and until we are able to get a deal exchanged either side is able to withdraw.
