I had the exact same problem with them, I have advised everyone i know to never use them, soon enough the word will get around that they are a bunch of cowboys. Use Mann Countrywide or Bridges never had any issues with either of these two companies. ...

My estate agent actually swore at me on the phone from Martin and Co. He was totally unproffessional. Persuaded me into leaving my previous estate agent saying that he had proffessioanl tenants moving in which wasn't the case. Don't go with him....

Completely untrue...
Sadly I this has post has been "made up" by someone with too much time on their hands and a wild imagination, possibly a competitor. We have just won a National "ESTA" award for customer service amongst Estate Agents and Lettings Agents where we ranked 3rd in the southern region and 11th nationally with a rating of 98.8%. Perhaps the allagents website will remove this comment.
