The fees are equal to what I had been paying to my previous agent for several years, so I presume they they are 'standard' , 'correct'. I have not made any other comparison . What counts is a balance between what you pay and what you get. I value honesty, reputation and service and am currently a satisfied customer.

The agency fees are steep (although comparable to competitors), and it is not always that easy to understand on what basis certain fees are charged, and what the actual costs incurred by the agency are (compared to both the landlord and tenant fees). The agency is nevertheless upfront about these fees, and there were no sudden surprises, which was much appreciated.
