Incorrect information was given with regards to deposit, which we were rushed to pay. This did create some unneeded pressure in an already stressful process, although it was eventually resolved.

I think considering the market, the fees were high and I could have used another agent but myspace let the property, had keys and were therefore the obvious options. However, all things considered, they earned the fees. Asking price could have been achieved but less was accepted in order to sell quickly after the first buyers pulled out. However the buyer did not stick to the agreed time frame, increased our legal costs and time the property was vacant for (incurring costs) so the reduced price was unwarranted....in hindsight an agreement should have been sought whereby if the deadline passes, the discount disappears...perhaps a lesson learned for future negotiations.

Dear Serena & Menelaos I can only apologise that you feel you have been let down by the service of myspace estate agents, and it's contractors, to such an extent that you felt it necessary to write such a review. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
