We are extremely disappointed to read your comments and if you would like to discuss further please let us know, although I note your contract ended some time ago. Liaison with the Landlord is crucial on all requests from tenants and as we provide a service to our Landlords as well as our tenants, we abide by any decisions they make. We certainly don't threaten our tenants but we do have to give them the facts which sometimes don't sit comfortably. ...

Regarding the comment re "Agent Fees" - To confirm that Northwood do offer 1 year contracts if the Landlord is in agreement. However, it is usual to offer tenants a 6 month contract initially, to ensure both parties are happy with the arrangement. All being well it is then common for 12 month tenancies to be offered. ...
