I was extremely disappointed to read this review. I am fully aware of this matter, and nearly a year on it may be that the reviewer's memory has failed her as I have never had a conversation with her, so can't comment on much of what she states. Regardless of this fact, I certainly would have had no reason to be rude to a client who had a valid complaint, as this one did. Having just seen this review from a lady called Abigail who indeed purchased a property through my company this year I would like to comment on the events that occurred. The events have been both poorly and inaccurately describe to say the least.
