In the begining they approach me very professional but later I realised yellands was using me only to increase their own profits. Never bothered to solve the issues with tenants. Never use them again....

Since I moved to England is the worst agency I have ever deal with. They DO NOT look after their tenands, they are NOT honest at all, they are DECEITFUL and RUDE! And the most important they are NOT capable to calculate the rent-payments. ...

Clearly judging from this review - you owed rent.
We would only ever have to calculate rental payments when a schedule is required for the court or someone is in arrears and we sit down with them to confirm payments received. ...
