I am upset at the accusations being made against me as they lack foundation. With regards to my frustration at them not choosing me, they had asked me to come out on a Saturday morning to value their flat which I did. I gave them an estimated value based upon recent sale prices in the area. I have tried to contact Yopa on several occasions regarding houses they are marketing for sale and have not received any form of reply. If I were selling my house I would not consider this service. Frustrating to say the least from a buyer's point of view. If I now see a property for sale by Yopa I don't even bother trying any longer.
