Atrocious and shambolic..... Darren Lacy is an overbearing bully with a napoleon complex...... Consistently underdelivering a terrible customer experience. I wouldn't ever use this company again.......i rather eat my firstborn.... 1 star is too generous...

I am at present using this agent and Darren couldn't be further from this description. From the start he has been courteous, friendly as have the other agents.
