What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent provided me and my partner with information verbally which was later challenged by Countrywide. They did not honour the terms and conditions of the verbal agreement and a sum of ‚£3600 is in dispute. I am aware after some research that this amongst other tricks is becoming a trait for Brigfords and Countrywide to get people to sign agreements with them under false pretences! The conduct of Brigfords & Countrywide should be controlled from a legal point of view to ensure they are compliant and are providing a good service, which after research and my current experience I can say "They are not".

Apologised and attempted to rebook a viewing. Acted professionally...the two members of staff within that branch whom I have spoken to found it highly amusing and considered it as a joke. I'm not sure how they'll feel when they lose a rental property from their books due to their unprofessionalism

What agent could do to change your mind?
Manners cost nothing - politeness over the telephone is a must and many in the office require re-training at bridgfords. They believe their client to be the landlord, which is a misnoma. Both tenant and landlord are their client and they should treat them with equal respect.

Bridgefords are the most arrogant and useless agents on the market - stay away from them if possible - both sellers and buyers! 3 months ago I first time got in touch with Bridgfords to arrange viewing of the property I was interested in.
