I am sorry to read your report. I cannot see your name, so I cannot investigate fully but you have to remember that we work as agents for an owner. If we have 10 buyers for each property, we will look to choose the best buyer based on deposit size, mortgage raising or if you have a property to sell that is not on the market. Dear Jo, We have just spoken and am just clarifiying the points discussed. We are sorry that there was a delay in the release of your deposit. This was partly due to a delay in getting your check out report. When you spoke to the Property Manager on 26th April this was immediately chased up and agreement sought from your Landlord to release the deposit. What agent could do to change your mind?
Told me at the very beginning if the tenant moved out after six months I would not be getting any of my money back even though I paid for a twelve month service.Your offered a discount only if you use them again,Talk about a captive customer. Not been so pushing with me to take on the first tenant that came along,I had a feeling he was wrong in the first place.I met a young couple who viewed the place who seemed nice I would have gone with them, but I was told the deposit had already been taken with the other bad tenant, feel the decision was taken out of my hands. Better communication and listening skills. To treat and respect you as a paying customer. Respond to you E-mails after the first time not the tenth and at least within a few days and not a month.

I feel that it is very good that other customers can read the reviews posted here. I have had exactly the same problems with ELLISONS myself. The complaints procedure is long and laborious. It took me two letters of formal complaint and two e-mails and well over a month to get any response from them at all.It is still on going now from September 2011.So even if people cant deal with the stress of continuing their complaint.It is good to know that they are decent people who will still take the ti ...
