Thanks for reviewing our service. We are disappointed that you have only given us a 3 star rating. A sale was agreed in 5days, after 3 Viewings. The people who bought your home were introduced by ourselves. Their offer was negotiated by one of our Sales Negotiators. You opted for our upfront selling package which at the time was only £599 including vat. On the package you chose the owner shows viewers round, which you did. Not quite sure what you mean when you say you 'closed the deal'. We nego ...

Fee's are competitive. I certainly cant grumble at the price to know i have the agents doing the checks and making sure everything is OK from the tenants end but also making sure that i am making sure i keep up to date with certificates and new legislation my end.
