Fees if paid upfront are excellent value. We paid on completion which worked out more (we were aware of this) but given the service after offer had been accepted I felt it poor value for money.

You have a choice of three options to suit your needs we opted for option 2 which is excellent value for money, we had three other estate agents to come to our property there prices are ridiculous compared with Findahome online service and commitment on selling our property.
