I did enjoy the rest of my day, thank you, in the knowledge that the bungalow is now sold and my client was more than happy with the service my company provided. I am sorry that you felt the need to criticize me following a comment made by my client who had closed his front door. In fact, if you had listened to the whole of the conversation, you would have heard that I was actually defending your viewing.
