Leonard Leese cannot be held accountable for unsuccessful deposit deductions from a tenants deposit where there is not sufficient evidence to support the requested deductions. Leonard Leese do not make the final decision on the proposed deductions and will be made by the deposit scheme case examiner, whose decision is final.
