What agent could do to change your mind?
Become more professional. As stated in my review, my agent did not show up for our appointment. No one called afterward to reschedule or apologise. The other agents in the office demonstrated no concern for our situation. The disregard for my appointment and lack of professionalism in the office gave me no confidence that this company was fit to handle my business.

Hmm I hope this does not happen to us- we have made an offer for a flat for them and they are taking ages to accept it- the Landlord is thinking of selling the property apparently but we're just hanging on what's happening. They are quite unprofessional so far and hard to communicate with. Not the most trustworthy so far... ...
