Totally agree. WORST COMPANY EVER! I currently live in a flat beneath one of their tenants who has a leak. I have TOILET water coming through my bedroom wall. This has been going on since April and I still have the leak. The tenant doesn't have a good word to say about them either. I am now considering legal action and contacting the council. Have recently taken not well and blame the toilet water coming through my flat. No communication, the people who work there just don't care. Am completely ...
