Never again would I use RR. They oversell, promise the earth and deliver nothing. The overall experience has been costly and time consuming. The branch manager is rude and aggressive. Can't wait to switch agencies....

I'm so glad I came across this web site before I choose an Estate agent to sell my property. So far I have waited 5 days for a call regarding a request to view a property and 2 days for some one to come back to me with a valuation on my own property which I'm just about to put on the market. We tried to sell our house using Reeds Rains. They suggested the asking price but we only got two viewers. We reduced the price but didn't get any viewers afterwards. I believe Reeds Rains were not doing enough to sell the property....
