In response to my email on the 17th December I can confirm we have had no contact from the person who wrote this review or Sophia who commented so just malicious reviews which are not true
Should you have any issues with the dealing with a letting agent or individual surely you would made a official complaint either to the property ombudsman, Reiss-Samuels or the landlord.
If this was genuine issue then contact the property ombudsman or contact myself on [email protected] or not ...

We received a reservation deposit for immediate move in before you paid however this did not go through just before the contract start date as mentioned in the previous email, if you still do not understand this please come into the office to meet me and I am more then happy to discuss this with you
