I put an offer on a house I wanted desperately as it was next to my sister. Beresfords made me jump through a lot of hoops, which I did, and all I asked was that they keep me up to date with what was happening. They didn't do this In fact they ignored all of my calls and emails, were impolite and insulting, put the property on the market without telling me then sold without telling me. Never even had the courtesy to reply to an email. I dealt with *them it was awful, rude and dismissive throughout, *
