Very poor experience.
They may be cheap but don't expect them to negotiate for you and quite probably they will muck up every potential sale. After 8 weeks on the market they recommended dropping the price even though we'd had higher offers than the price they were suggesting. Swapped agents instead and gosh the difference was incredible, achieved £10k more than the reduced price they were suggesting within 4 weeks. Don't waste your time with Bramptons- if you get Adam to value your house he seems very nice and all that but it wont be him you deal with. You'd be better going with a cheap online agent than Bramptons as they are worse than no agent!

Comment on agent fees
Fees fine but service shocking so not worth the money! Swapped agents to another high street agent and paid only a little extra but they well and truly deserved it. Bramptons were worse than no agent. go with one of the online ones instead if you want cheap-then you can communicate with people yourselves stop them mucking things up
