Charles Carr are quite happy to rent you a property without a functioning oven or fire alarm but will dodge any calls to remedy any and all issues no matter how dangerous they may be. As of writing, it has been 11 months with these issues. I've attempted to make two complaints now - notice 'attempted' - because each time they simply don't register it. Tellingly, each and every helpful employee I've liaised with has had the good sense to leave the company having barely started.

Fees are extortionate etc etc - but then again, of course they are.

I cannot give lower than one star, which is a shame since there is not a single redeemable element to Charles Carr.

Would never ever use these people again made to feel unimportant as a renter never returned emails or phone calls I do actually own my own house also and would be appalled if my agent treated my tenant the way I've been treated....
