Martin Gerrard helped us sell our property in a very supportive way. Because of their marketing and knowledge of their clients’ needs and wants, we got an offer within a week of the house being on the market. As well as the usual time lapse between offer and completion, there was an additional 3 month delay because of Lockdown, but Andreas and Raj were very reassuring and kept us informed throughout.
