We chose 3 local agents including Moreland to provide us with a probate valuation and advice for a potential sale of our old family home. All three agents came up with similar valuations but Edward Gilbert from Moreland impressed us with his regular follow up calls to check on our plans for the house. It was therefore quite obvious that Moreland should be given the first opportunity and sole agency when it came to selling the house some three months after the initial valuations. We anticipated strong demand for the house but we were still surprised when Moreland organised 17 viewings on the first day and we agreed sale terms very soon after. We have been very impressed by the professionalism of Edward, Jay, Heather, Sarah, Georgiana and all the other members of the Moreland team. They clearly know the area and the market and did a great job for us.
