We’d like to take the opportunity to thank James for his time, patience and expertise throughout the entire process, from the day we made an offer, to moving in. From beginning to end James was on the end of the phone with any questions or queries we had and made the experience an exciting one.
James went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and certainly went the extra mile. The phonecall welcoming us to our new home on completion day and our hamper of goodies when we arrived were both lovely personal touches.
