Do not use these absolute jokers .I've been living in my flat for five years and still haven't received the gas safety certificate. I asked every year but still not been issued with one.
They are extremely interested in taking my rent payments each month but if I politely ask for repairs to be carried out they take literally years to do anything!.
If you are thinking of using them my strong advice is DON'T.

The worst rental experience of my life - do not use these guys to rent or sell property. A family-run business with no professionalism and unethical letting practices. Snide and condescending staff who laugh about and look down on many of their customers/tenants.
