Taking a viewpoint after reading these comments completely sounds like a tenant who has just left a property who has been deducted monies from their overall deposit which would have been registered with mydeposits. Please do disclose who you are I can promise you I will personally look into this for you if the deductions are unjust. Lets look into this together was the property given back in the same cleanliness standard as you were given the property, was the rent paid in full for the duration of the tenancy, damages caused we can look into this together.

The floor plans on the assured shorthold tenancy agreement drawn up by the landlords assistance shows the internal set up of the rooms internally.
