Mollie and Vince at Pedder West Norwood are exceptional agents and I recommend to look no further. From the beginning of the process of selling my flat, I was guided perfectly through the pricing and the approach. Mollie secured multiple viewings, in short order, providing feedback after each one. The communication to me was second to none, and the way she marketed the property got me to a position of multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted, she worked tirelessly with the buyers and solicitors to ensure swift completion. They offer a 5 star service and one I don’t feel could have been replicated elsewhere - they really know the market.
