Purchasing a home can be considered to be very stressful but the moment we met Kimberley from Beresford we knew we were in good hands, the last viewing on the day but the most perfect viewing. It was so good my family actually felt Kimberley was part of the family. She did not force the sale, the individual listened and answered all questions and simply just approached the situation delicately. In this moment the stress of purchasing was lifted from our shoulders. We then got introduced to Farran and Freja. Words cant describe how good these two are at what they do. Being available daily, always getting back to you on any questions. A handover was always provided in the team if anyone was off on annual leave. Whether you’re purchasing or selling I would highly recommend using Beresford.
