Over charged us on differing levels. Even writing to all tenants to charge a finders fee. Although some have been living at the property seven years

this is a coment from a bad landlord who thinks he can treat tenants as he wishes, we had to give him notice and terminated our agreement with him becouse of his behavor towards our tenants and staff, he went to one of his flats 8.30pm and demanded access from the single female tenant once he got access he refused to leave Police were called but they said it was a cevil matter and would not attend I advise her to leave the property and go to a safe place, the following day I terminated our agree ...
