Very reasonable fees - when enquiring with other letting agents some were charging double (!!) the amount that Northwood charge. The cost of renewal of tenancy is the cheapest we have come across in our 10 years of letting properties through various agents. We also liked how transparent and upfront they were, for instance the upfront admin fee includes the checkout fee (which most agents surprise you with at the end of tenancy!)

Northwood would not apportion blame concerning maintenance unless a professional contractor has informed us of the decision. I feel that it would be beneficial for you to come into the office and discuss the matter with me directly so we can talk through the problem/s you have experienced.
