Thank you for the review and we are terribly sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with Northwood to the point that you are warning others away from renting through us. I genuinely feel that you have suffered with the ongoing problem at the flat and I don't think this should have been the case at all. I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your service from Northwood. I will investigate further as to why the member of staff told you that this fee was refundable when it is not. It clearly states on our 'property fee guide' that this fee is not refundable, which was given to you at the property. It also states it is non refundable on our 'terms and conditions form' which you both signed in our office. I authorised a refund to you of £150.00, which was a good will gestur ...

Dear Jenna,
I am sorry to hear that you have been unsatisfied with your service from Northwood. I have looked into all of the points raised and would firstly like to apologise for the time spent without water. The issue was raised with the landlady on the same day and she opted to carry out the repair herself instead of using our contractor. Unfortunately in this instance we cannot over ride the landlord if this is their choice.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience in letting through Northwood. I can assure you that we would not allow an animal in a property unless authorised. I understand that you reported the tenant had a dog, but every time in which we inspected the property, a dog was never present nor were there any signs of a dog so without proof of this it is very hard for us to evict someone.
